KPTCL Exam Dress Code For Candidates : The Karnataka Examination Authority has released the dress code for the candidates appearing for the KPTCL exam. Detailed information about this is given below.

The Karnataka Examinations Authority will conduct the competitive examination for the recruitment of 1492 posts including KPTCL AE, JE, Assistant on July 23, 24, August 07. Today uploaded the admission ticket to appear in this exam. In addition, KEA has released the dress code guidelines and list of prohibited items to be worn by the candidates appearing for the examination. Details about this are as follows.

Dress code for male candidates

  • Only semi-transparent surgical mask should be worn as per covid rules.
  • N-95 and cotton masks are not allowed.
  • Full sleeved shirts are not allowed.
  • Attend the exam wearing half sleeve shirts.
  • Clothes worn by male candidates should be light. That means no clothes with zipped pockets, big buttons, elaborate embroidery.
  • Kurta Pajama is not allowed.
  • Shoes are strictly prohibited for examination.
  • Candidates to wear sandals and slippers.
  • Male candidates should not wear any metal ornaments around the neck, earrings, rings, bangles.

Dress code for female candidates

  • Only semi-transparent surgical mask should be worn as per covid rules.
  • N-95 and cotton masks are not allowed.
  • It is advised not to wear dresses with elaborate embroidery, flowers, brooches or buttons.
  • Wearing of any kind of metal ornaments such as earrings, rings, pendants, necklaces, bangles is prohibited.

List of Prohibited Items for KPTCL 2022 Recruitment Exam

  • Electronic items like mobile phone, pen drive, earphone, microphone, bluetooth devices.
  • Watches cannot be worn inside the examination hall.
  • Any edible items are also prohibited inside the examination hall.
  • Stationery items like pencil, paper, eraser, scales, geometry box and log tables are prohibited inside the examination centre.
  • Personal belongings like wallets, goggles, belts, caps, accessories, camera and jewelery are not allowed to be carried inside the examination centre. Only admit card, any government official ID card, drinking water bottle (which should be transparent, without any labels), pen can be attended inside the examination center.
